A Digitisation-project for archived material of Intangible Cultural Heritage. Due to changing circumstances technology some of the material like analogue films (Super 8, VHS), photographs or audio-recordings might become obsolete or inaccessible very quickly. Within the project Then is Now we try to locate people or groups who still hold private analogue documentations of ICH. In cooperation with a professional media institute we digitise the material in high quality to archive it and to allow for continued accessibility and use. Together with the holder of the copyright we edit the documentations in digital formats. Our aim is to make old material accessible for the people who feel connected with the ICH this media expresses as well as to the general public and to document changes and continuity.
