Transcultural Communication, Visual Anthropology, Art History and Photography.

After graduating in Art History and Media Studies at the University of Graz and publishing my thesis on Māori Art and Culture (Māoritanga 2006), I continued my studies in the field of Intangible Cultural Heritage. In my dissertation I focus now on the representation of ICH through media formats. I complement my studies on ICH and Visual Anthropology at the University of Zuerich and Basel and conduct field research in Austria, Switzerland and abroad. Further I am especially interested in documentary photography(b/w) and film.
